2. Custom Manufacturing & Laser Engraving
Because our physical metal smart cards are custom-made and permanently laser-engraved to your specifications, the following rules apply

Taziq cards combine physical metal craftsmanship with near-field communication (NFC) chips and digital links.
- Chip Functionality: We test all NFC chips for functionality prior to shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure your smartphone or receiving devices are compatible with standard NFC data transmission.
- Digital Redirection & Hosting: If your card links to a digital profile host, landing page, or dynamic URL managed by Taziq, you agree not to use our digital platform to host malware, phishing links, or content that violates local, state, or federal laws.
- Service Availability: While we strive for 100% uptime for our digital networking features and redirection servers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any digital components.
4. Payment, Pricing, and Billing
- Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
- Manufacturing Defects: If your card arrives physically damaged due to a shipping error, or if the engraving deviates materially from your approved proof, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. Defective items will be evaluated and, if verified, replaced at our expense.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Taziq, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or replacement costs—arising from your use of our physical cards, our website, or any digital services associated with the cards.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
