Thank you for choosing Taziq. We pride ourselves on crafting premium, precision-engineered metal NFC smart business cards. Because our products are highly customized, our return policy balances the bespoke nature of our work with our commitment to your satisfaction.
1. Custom & Engraved Products
Every Taziq metal card is laser-engraved to your exact specifications.
- All sales of custom-engraved metal NFC cards are final.
- Once an order enters production, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, typos submitted by the customer, or incorrect color/finish selection.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or features an engraving error made on our part, we will make it right.
- Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of Issue: Send an email to [Your Support Email] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective card(s).
- Resolution: If the error or defect is verified, we will issue a priority replacement at no additional cost to you, or provide a full refund for the affected items.
3. NFC Functionality Guarantee
We test every card’s digital chip before it leaves our facility. In the rare event that your card suffers an electronic or NFC chip failure upon arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will troubleshoot the issue with you or arrange for a replacement card.
4. Refunds (When Applicable)
If a refund is approved due to a defect or error on our part:
- The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
5. Shipping Costs
- For approved replacements of defective or incorrect items, Taziq will cover all standard shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
