Thank you for choosing Taziq. We take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-engraved metal NFC smart cards. Because each card undergoes a precise laser-engraving and programming process, our shipping and delivery timeline includes both production time and transit time.
Below you will find everything you need to know about how your premium card makes its way to your doorstep.
Delivery Timelines
Your delivery window is made up of two parts: Production (creating your card) + Transit (shipping your card).
1. Custom Production Time
Every single Taziq card is made to order at our design studio.
- Standard Production: 3 to 5 business days.
- What happens here: Our design team reviews your artwork/logo layout, laser-engraves the metal chassis, tests the integrated NFC chip, and links your custom QR profile.
2. Shipping Transit Estimates
Once your card leaves our facility, transit times depend on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your card passes our strict quality control check and is packaged for shipping, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
This email will contain a tracking link (via USPS, FedEx, or DHL) so you can follow your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update once the email is received.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship Taziq cards worldwide via reliable express carriers like DHL. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Because we jump straight into the digital layout phase, address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at support@taziq.com with your order number and the correct address. We cannot change the destination once the shipping label has been printed.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it. What should I do?
On rare occasions, carriers mark a package as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives, or they leave it in a secure location.
- Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
- Wait 24 to 48 hours to see if it arrives.
- If it is still missing, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number, or reach out to our support team so we can look into it for you.
